Standards & Conduct
Effective date: March 8, 2026
Product Quality Commitments
Every product we release is built to a standard we would use ourselves. We test thoroughly before shipping, maintain clear documentation, and address reported issues promptly. If a product isn't ready, we don't release it.
- We ship only when a product meets our internal quality bar
- We provide clear changelogs and version history for all updates
- We respond to bug reports and user feedback in a timely manner
Accessibility Intent
We are committed to making our products accessible to the widest possible audience. While we are a small team and may not achieve perfect compliance with every accessibility standard from day one, we are intentional about improving accessibility with every release.
- We use semantic HTML and follow WCAG guidelines where possible
- We test for keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility
- We welcome feedback on accessibility issues and prioritize fixes
Data Handling Principles
We collect only the data we need and handle it with care. Our guiding principles:
- Collect the minimum data necessary for the service to function
- Never sell or share personal data for marketing purposes
- Store data securely and delete it when it is no longer needed
- Be transparent about what we collect and why
Acceptable Use
We expect all users to use RadOrigin products responsibly. Acceptable use means:
- Using our products in compliance with applicable laws
- Respecting the rights and privacy of others
- Not using our products to harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
- Not attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in our systems — report them to us instead
Violations of these standards may result in suspension or termination of access to RadOrigin products.
